95 Civic A/C Trouble!!!

I have a 95 Civic 2 Dr EX. When I bought the car, it has 150,000miles and the A/C blows cool air when it's hot outside (not ice cold). I thought it was the compressor so I changed the compressor. Still no luck. I also changed the Condenser, Expansion valve, and Drier. Still no luck... the A/C is still cool but not ice cold.... the only thing i haven't replaced is the Evaporator... anyone thinks that might be the failing part??? IS that common? Anyone with the same problem?

Or could it be something else? By the way... what reading do you get when you check the low and high ports? I have readings like low 35psi and high 250psi when the outside temp is 85 degrees. Any help is appreciated!!!!!!

It just seems like nothing can make it ice cold like my other civic... so frustrating.....

Today, I also replaced the Heater Valve and that didn't solve the problem either... it was 95 degrees outside today, and I am sweating when I'm driving... Please HELP!!!

hey! i have a 95 ex and i live in florida. i understand what you are going through. the AC in hondas never seem to be cold enough! what seem to be cold enough. what helped was tinting my sunroof 5% and using a sunshade. let me know how that works out.
