2004 gt1 AC problems after alarm/stereo install

hello everybody, i need some help. i just upgraded my stereo system and alarm (remote start) in my 2004 GT1.

everything went perfect for about two weeks, then...my A/C doesn't always work.

sunday, i could start my car, and the air would blow softer than usuall. i could turn on the recycle to get a little extra pressure out....so ok.

monday, when i turned on the car...the air did not come on at all...oops, but then when i got up to about 2500rpm in drive (didnt help being in neutral) the air came on.

now today (tuesday), i get a warning on my DIC "Service Security System" or some such to that effect. and nothing i do can get the air back on:uhoh::banghead::mad::banghead:

is this all caused by the aftermarket alarm? or could it have to do with not enough alt power for the heavily upgraded sound system?
