question about oregon smog law

Wel I have been posting here for about a year or so and have made a big move from so, ca to oregon, went to the DMV in the little town i'm in now and picked thier drivers booklet but this had no info on oregon smog requirments,
any help would be appreciated.
as a side note I have made several trips back and forth 1.000 miles a trip and unbelievably I was averaging 15 mpg! this with a small load no tailgate, got 14 mpg with about a 500 lb load bed height with tailgate on, I was extatic to say the least, I get about 10- 11 with my camper boat or no boat. I guess I hit on a good combination of parts since I have never gotten 15 mpg, this was while staying at about speed limit 65-75 mph.
