Hello.I have a 93.3.1 6cyd.
How can I tell if I have a
Bad Head Gasket or bad heads
The car is Steaming.

If the steam is coming out the exhaust pipe you have a bad head gasket. Generally bad head gaskets are far more common than heads going bad. Especially if the car overheated. If it turns out that you a bad head gasket, if you repair it yourself it would be a good idea to have the mating surfaces machined to insure they are true, they can warp.
This particular engine is known to have problems with the intake manifold gaskets and if you are getting water into the crank case you will see steam also, it will not however come out the exhaust. It would be helpful to know where the steam is actually coming from in order to answer your question properly.
