keyless remote 1989 Buick Regal

I cannot seem to find the wire as described in my owners manual for reprogramming the remote. This 1989 Regal has all the options
you can get when I bought it the seller had lost the remotes so I bought one and have been looking for the plug as described in the owners manual. Can anyone give me a clue as to where it should be. It appears that the electric antenna has been replaced could that be
where it was? I have removed all the covering on the passenger side and do not see a plug that is not attached. Any help with what color the wire should be??? Thanks
