is this normal? pedal question

my gas pedal is loose, so i took it to the dealer n they said it is normal. he even took me 2 look at another firebird n da pedal was loose on that 1 too. i was wondering if anyone else has this problem n if it really is normal.

It's normal. I thought it was weird too when I first got my bird. But you get used to it.
