My deville is dropped about 2 in. in the rear.. I've been told it is the struts...And that they are hard to come by for the yr of my car..
Where can I find a replacement strut/shock?
Also the accelaration seems to be high and keeps my car on a high acceleration... Can anyone tell me what that part is called?
Thanx

you have a computer controlled electronic ride suspension.
go to dealer= $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
or go to
http://www.monroe.com/tech_support/tec_faq.asp#18
monroe (and many others KYB especially) make conversion kits to delete the factory ride control shocks and put in a coil-over (if vehicle weight dictates) or premium shock.
http://www.monroe.com/pdf/ElectronicToStandardShockStrutConversionInstructio ns.pdf
this is the adobe pdf explaining which GM and Lincoln/Mercury, Mazda and others they have kits for.
hope this helps,
