PCV valve on 88 TC

I know I'm probably staring right at the thing. Every car I've ever had the pcv valve is shoved into the valve cover. This one is not there. I did find what I though was a pcv valve back behind the plenum but it looked nothing like the replacement that I bought. Help please!?
