Trailer hitch question

I have a 2002 1500 quad cab 4.7L without a trailer hitch. I see a couple class III hitches on ebay right now, but they are for ram 3500, or ram 2500. yall know if this hitch will fit on the 1500? ebay item numbers are 7991066562 and 7991802743...

NO they will not. The frames are different on the bigger trucks. If you had a 1500 HD then the 2500 should fit though.
