cold air, may give you a couple more HP, but you run a lot greater risk of hydrolocking the engine.

I have a cold air intake, had no problems so far, been like a year, but make sure you use a aem bypass. very important when using a cold air intake

no, don't get an AEM bypass, they were recalled because the break and get sucked into the intake manifold. The only way to hydrolock an engine is to completely submerge the intake in water, which is a huge freakin puddle. I've had a CAI for a year and a half without any problem at all. Don't drive through puddles, it's dangerous anyway.
