need major help, PLEASE TAKE TIME TO REPLY

hey guys, this is not for the camaro forum i know, but between this and the mustang forum, it seems like thats where the ppl are to help me. b4 deleting this, please let me get a few answers b.c i cant get them anywhere else. i posted this in the chevy C/K forum and nothing results.

i been having a problem with my 95 fullsize. the master slave went on me so i replaced it. then about a month later, it went again. i put the 3rd one in it and i didnt do crap. i replaced the slave cly. b/c that was messed up as well. still will not go into gear. seems like alot of air in the line. i bleed and bleed and bleed. worked for a bit then wouldn't go into gear again. bleed more. i cant count how many times i did that, to many, i replaced the line between the 2 and it seemed to work for about 20 mins. i changed the slave again becasue autozone parts are junk. well i kinda blew the slave because the clutch fork was not fitted right. after the new slave (3rd one) it seems to be ok now. but i have a feeling it will happen again. it will not go into gear. seems like air keeps getting in. sometimes when i bleed it there no air. is this the fork or what. it looked fine, but hard to see in there. i dropped the plate, the slave and the started to look, but its all inside. do i have a major problem or what. any help would help me greatly.i know it will happen again. its a 95 1500 series, 1/2 ton 4x4 v6 4.3L speed.

ITS AT IT AGAIN< CHANGED THE MASTER JUST SO I COULD GET HOME. WHATS THE DEAL? ANYONE KNOW. IS IT THE FORK ?

Sorry, don't have an exact answer for ya, and don't deal with hydraulic clutches much, but it's a hydraulic system. If it get air in, it ain't going to work. Are you physically losing fluid?

I can only say to approach like a brake system. Fill it up and have someone depress the clutch pedal over and over, see if you hear the fluid either weeping out, or air getting sucked in a bad connection or cracked hose. :dunno:

usually when you open the bleeder valve you should let it gravity bleed or you may inadvertenly be pumping air into the system,,,just crack it open and make sure your resivior is full and let it sit for about an hour and the air will slowely work itself out.. Also if you pump the clutch a half dozen times does it go into gear better than a first press of the clutch? you may find that the little forks on the pressure plate are wearing out. these are the surface forks that the throw out bearing rides on.

i let it gravity bleed a few times. maybe i didnt do it long enough. how is the right wa to do that, just crack it enough so a little drip comes out? thast what i did last time. and yes, sometime if i push the clutch in a bunch of time, i works better, but thast only if it doesnt have alot of pressure. i heard that these trucks have problems with the system and that the fork is not lubbed enough and then that backs the pressure up to the master and blows it out. i tried blled it like brakes, that seems to work as well, but only for a little while. then when i push in the clutch, it, it doesnt go in. just last week (last time it did this,) it blew out the master again. somethings not right, and i beleive its the fork and bearing. if thats the case, the motor has to be broke from the trans and moved apart, its at least a 6-8 hour job that i dont want to deal with.
