Hi, im not trying to be mean or anything, but i was wondering how come you didn't get the GTS and get a little more horsepower under the hood before you did your own mods? :confused: :flash:

I didn't have the cash at the time... but I already beat a GT-S so it's all good.

that's cool. Yeah i know the celica GT-S costed a litle more. Its a nice car though, isn't it. Overall I love our GT-S and its so comfortable too

i agree the gts makes alot more horse power, but if u notice both the GT and GTS have the same amount of torque , with surpriseingly the GTS torque coming at a later rpm. so in essence its a marketing job to make the gts (which has a six speed...of which all 6 of them are weaker than the ones in the 5speed on the gt) seem better. and with the higher compression ratio (11:5...ouch) the GTS is not very turbocharger friendly, u would have to spend monster time figuring it out. The Gt is surprisingly the better platform to build on with a forced induction route...
