After getting my brakes replaced by some stupid mechanic, my fiance and I have decided to do it ourselves. We did it on our former 72 Chevelle without any issues. Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this for the 2001 GT? Step by step please. Also, are ceramics the best choice? I saw someone say they may crack!!?? Is that true?? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!:banghead:

One word of advise, if you have ABS make sure you don't force brake fluid back up through the ABS system. Bleed the brake fluid via the bleeder valve when you compress the caliper piston. This will prevent issues with the ABS later down the road. The link listed by xeroinfinity is a good one and should provide you with what you need to know.
