I need help, PLEASE

Have a 2000 Taurus SE with 24v Duratec and 99K mi. Last week got error codes bank 1 & 2 too lean. When reset the codes are back within minutes. I do hear a hissing type leak around the EGR valve and throttle body. I checked vacuum and that was good. The car idles fairly rough but runs great over 1K on tach. Today the car stalled twice. Looking for some ideas as to what to try or look for.

Just found the problem. A hose under the intake manifold, in front of the throttle body, going to the engin block had a crack in it.
