Energy Suspension...

Has anyone looked at these or used them? I know i need new tie rod end bushings and the site for Energy Suspension bushings hypes them as if they are really good, they are under $100, and it has what i need with extras. I want to get some coilovers soon and i figure i would get these in while i have them out. Anyone use them, or are they not as popular it seems to me?

I was also wondering how much work does anyone think it will take to get them in, it says on the website bushings can be anywhere from 20 minutes to 4 hours, how hard is it to take the suspension and get this in? anyone knoe

yea bushing can be simple if you know what your doing or if the bushings decide to cooperate. or they can be a pain in the ass even to someone who knows how to handle them it all depends. but ill say ur in for some work ahead of you

okay, i can accept i have work ahead of me, as long as in the end ill be satisfied. You think its worth the time or should i try to have it done at the shop, or just deal with my car as it is, it rides okay for now and i can just get the tie rod ends if im not gonna be real happy with the outcome of the whole bushing set.

dude, power tools... the whole subframe must drop out. i didn't do it alone, i did it at my freinds shope using his lift and his tools... it took me like 2 hrs.

He's just doing the tie rod bushings.

i want to do all the bushings, i have power tools, but no liftm just jacks and blocks and stuff... i guess i could do it it would just be a pain in the arse..

yah those were the two i was kind of hopin to get to see this, and i figured id ask in case anyone else was runnin them too.

some you have to have pressed in right? i dont think the tie rod ends do if i am remembering right...so you should be good.

I love my megan racings...the confidence and overall feel of the car has been increased by 10. I mean when you used to have to lean hard to take on ramps...now you can take them at say 10-20 mph faster and no leaning. They are height adjustable, the dampening has 32 levels of adjustment and your spring rate can be adjusted if you know what your doing there. For $900 I say jump on them. Megan Racings also now has one of the best support services in the USA now.
I know what its like to work on cars have an ok jack and no air tools or even power tools. But I have managed with everything I have put on my car.
