Windshield wiper problem....

ok, here's the deal.

The wipers don't turn off. They only respond to slow & fast setting. When in 'off' position, it goes at the slow speed.

The only way to remedy this is the take off the fuse back and forth.

Is this an easy solution?

It is either the switch or motor. Sounds like the park is broken in the motor though.

do you know where the switch is located?
whats the estimated cost on that?
