Waiting for e-bay

I won 2 items on e-bay April 9, received one of them about 2 weeks ago, still waiting for the other. Question is, what happens if you don't receive what you bought? How long do you guys usually have to wait for stuff?
I emailed the seller and he said it was in the mail!!! :rolleyes: (oh boy, here we go)

ebay can be like that sometimes. i ordered something months ago from some guy in Hong Kong (mistake) and it still hasnt come. he said he mailed it but its probably on some boat at the bottom of a pile of boxes. You got to buy from the people with good ebay ratings. people with no negatives on their records.

Yeah, don't buy from anyone with a negative mark. I bought a kit from Sanxler in Hong Kong and he sent the wrong model!!!:rolleyes:
When you look at his record it is full of negatives! Avoid!

Ok, panic is over, guess what showed up today. Damn post office musta heard me bitching. Post mark showed that he mailed it when he said. It's the post office that's screwed up.

Mine came 2 1/2 months AFTER i paid for it! I even signed up for Paypal to think it would come faster! What a ripp!:devil: :mad:
