hey whats up guys heres the deal im 18 and want to sell my 1997 gst use that money and take out a loan for the rest of the money to buy an evo!!!!!! so what i have is a 1997 gst with a new motor dropped in with 35,000 miles i have an apexi n1 turbo back exhaust greddy type s bov with intercooler piping, an intake, full stereo everything on car is in perfect condition, just had timing belt replaced also water pump, so i was wondering if i should sell it now, or wait and put a act 2600 clutch with an evo 16g apexi safc with 550's and a tubular rac mani, and see if i can sell it for more which i doubt, so how much should i sell my car for and if i mod it with the turbo how much then?

If your going to sell it, sell it. If you put all that money into it, you will never get it back out when you sell it.

Check out how much your car is worth on www.kbb.com Mods don't really add much resell value on a car unless your mods are made of gold, diamonds, etc. :naughty: Check your local newspapers, autotrader, dsmtuner's classified section, etc and see what GSTs near your location are selling for. You're better off parting out your mods and selling the car stock or near stock condition.

If you want an eveo sell it now...dont put any more money in it. I have over 20k in my car and I MIGHT be able to get 10k, dealerships offer like 6-7 grand for my mint 97 gst. The only way you get half or more of your money back is if someone is looking for your car and knows how much time and money has been put into it and is an enthusiast. but ppl like that are hard to find....its a lose lose situation
