Concerns about new Z34? Please help

Hi all I just bought a 95' Z34 several days ago very nice in great shape, but over the past couple of days some things have been coming to my attention. One sadly is I think it leaks oil and from what I heard the 3.4 is known for having oil leaks I'm not positive but I have been noticing some oil drips on the pavement and every now and then I smell and odor that smells like burnt oil. I was just wondering if anybody has experienced this problem and what where some things that brought it to your attention, where was it coming from, and how did you fix it. Second of all something that has really been bothering me is I have notice when I take off it kind of hesitates or hickups before it starts to go I was wondering if anybody knew what the cause of this is. I have been leaning to the conclusion that it may be the tranny because in overdrive I notice it shifts pertty rough and if this is the problem is there anyway of fixing it or do these cars just not have good trannies. It only has 100,00 miles on it and the car from what I have heard has been somewhat babied. Any help would be greatly appreciated please help out a fellow monte owner thanks
