power window help 99 cherokee

If someone could please help me I would appreciate it. Two of my power windows went out recently, actually the motors are ok but I think the regulator is broken. I need help on how to replace them myself and where to find the parts. Or is it to hard to replace? Any advice about the windows or parts would be awesome! Thanks
