95' camaro wont start =( HELP!

my 95 camaro wont start, it used to work great, and than it just woudlnt start all the time, it would start at night more than daytime, and the motor wodulnt even switch over when i put the key in and tried to start it, the lights go on, on the dash board, and headlights work, but we got a jump start one day cuz we got stuck at safeway and we got it going, so i figured it was the batery, so i got that switched out, than it happend again! just woudlnt start! so i talked to a dealership, and they told me it sounds like the starter, so im like k, can u fix it? so they do for 140 dollars. it worked fine, turned it off and on like 5 times, than it happend again 2 hours later! now im just stunned, dunno what to do any ideas?

140 for a starter? that sounds like a bit much. if it was the starter it would have probably made a rough eeeeeerrrrrrrrrr sound when you tried to crank it instead of it sounding like it was struggling to turn over. stumped on the power drain problem though, not sure what that's about but i'm sure someone here can definatley help

yea im disapointed, it doesnt make any noice when i turn the key, just the dash board turns on, thats it, i hear no turn over on the engine or anything =( so i dont know whats up, my cousin told me it could be the relays or the wiring, i just wont help from someone that has a camaro or knows about them....

Could be a relay but I don't think that would make it work sometimes. Could be the VATS screwing up and not letting you start it. Could also be a bad connection somewhere to the starter. When you turn the key on do you hear the fuel pump prime?
