Stage 2 Racing Clutch

hey I was wondering if anyone had any experience with putting in new clutches on the GA16DE 5 speed manuals in 99. where i could find standard directions on how to do it, or if anyone knows anything detailed. would hayne's have it in there maybe? any input would help, and also whether anyone has any major problems with the stage 2 clutch or would reccomend anything else?

should be the same as putting in any stock clutch so haynes should have it or any auto book with drivetrain repair info
