:banghead: We were driving up the road and the van just shut off. No weird noises or anything, just quit. The van will turn over fine, but there is no spark coming from the coil pack to the plugs. We changed the coil pack (2x's) and still not getting any spark. Went trough all the wires and looked for broked wires or green wire disease. Nothing. The PCM was checked and tested and it's fine. The fuel pump is fine. We changed the crank sensor (just because the book said to). Nothing is working. There is power all the way up to the coil pack, but nothing from the coil pack. When hooked up to the computer it said "OK TO DRIVE" That would be fine if it would start. Help PLEASE. :banghead:

The only other item I can think of that would stop spark like this would be the cam position sensor that coordinates the position of the cam with the position of the crank. I am not sure if this particular van has one since you don't say what engine you have but check the book to see if it does and if so change it.

The van is a 2.4. It does have one. The OBDII said it was fine, but we'll change it any ways and let ya know.

There is a possibility that the engine computer has gone bad. There have been several posts here that people have tried everything else and when they replaced the computer the car would start. I hope the Cam position sensor is the problem though since it is realtively inexpensive. If that does not work you may have to replace the computer.

Replaced the computer, found a used one for $75.00 about an hour away, and it started.
