how do u make realistic chrome wheels?

Don't be afraid to use a lot of contrast - any highly reflective surface is going to have some clean, hard edges with lots of darks and extreme highlights.
Here's a sketch of the wheels I put on my truck. It's done with pen, if you're using pencil, you can get into some nice, soft blending to go with the hard edges.

Also, chrome mirrors either the body colour of the car, or patches of the background, so if you're working in colour, try to pick up some of that, no matter how weird it seems to put it in. It will look more real if it's not just shades of grey.

^ Like mentioned above, it's all about contast. Look closely at a picture with chrome in it. It's pretty much dark black areas with plain old white areas. When it's drawn well, it will look like chrome.
