Refilling Power Steering Fluid

I have a 1993 740IL, feels like power steering mechanism is drying out, booklet tells me that the reservoir is on left hand side of engine compartment, however I can not find any compartment that is able to open by hand if anyone can please refer me to where to find this reservoir.

Look for a Balck Metal cannister with a metal or plastic top. Top usually has a molded hex head nut on the top. This cannister should also have a decal listing what type fluid fluid to use.
