No Voltage to Fuel Pump

87 f150 5.0L. Auto trans. Crossed set of railroad tracks, stalled, now... crank and no start. Gave shot of ether and fires, no fuel at fuel rail. Checked voltage at fuses(their good) and at pump with vom and no reading at the plug just prior to pump. Disconneted battery and removed mass connector at fire wall... no signs of corrosion, reconnect wiring head and battery... and to no avail - crank, no start, no voltage. Any suggestions appreicated.

After futher research, found interia switch, jumpered the connection... no start. Checked voltage in and out of the switch and no voltage on either side.

Wires don't appear to go to or from the ECM. What else is in line between the fuse and the inertia switch?

Check the voltage to the ECM relay from ignition switch. The ECM relay sends power everywhere else, including the fuel pump relay which goes to the inertia switch. If no power bad ignition switch. Good Luck

OK, WOW. found power to the fuel pump relay and the fuel injector relay (dunno which is which, just that their both housed together behind the air cleaner, 1 is brown and 1 is green)

had voltage out of the brown but not the green. One of the green posts was a lil corroded but not bad, however replaced that terminal and that relay and all is good now.

still not sure about that ecm relay, wasn't sure what it was or where it is located. Fortunately got around it anyway.
