96 Eclipse GST front strut replacement

Does anybody know a website that has pictures or instructions to replace the front struts to a 96 eclipse gst? the shocks are held by a stirrup type brace. i can't get the stabilizer bar off because the nut and the bolt turn together and the end of the bolt has a hard cap on the end that you can't remove and you can't get to the other side of the bolt. i can't get the spring compressor on while it is on the car because it won't fit. has anybody changed this before? i have pics from a DIY site that shows a 01 Eclipse. the backs were the same but the fronts are quite different. i need to get this changed today.
