new exhaust

alright so im talking to my friend today and he tells me that his brother has an exhaust he wants to sell so i tell him to bring it down to my house, its a ractive exhaust, never mounted, 2 3/8" inlet 4 1/2" outlet, i purchased it off of him for $20, good deal now i just have to put it on. If theres anyone in PITTSBURGH PA that knows how to weld and would like to help, reply, if not where would be the best place to get it done... should i buy all the parts needed and take it to like a metal fab shop ot just take it to a muffler shop?

muffler shop, without a lift its a bitch to do and almost impossible to do correctly, especally if you want it welded into place
