lol well my 92 hatch is getting ready to bite the big one. I can sense it, feel it, and no im no jedi......Im not going to waste the time/money/effort to bring her back to "standard" driving capabilities(this thing has been through ALOT). So sadly im going to retire her and make it a parts car. I learned how to drive in that car and it was my first car. Kind of sad to rip her apart. Its also been in the family since i was 7.

ill post pics of my brand new 06 car once i get some minor mods (rims etc) done to it. The mods for these things are super cheap....oh and sadly this means my ka-t funds will be set back. I need a reliable car to drive while the coupe under goes shit and this is the only option i can do. Brand new and it will last for a good 20+ years (hopefully). You guys will prolly hate on the new ride.....but you can make them jdm tyte lol(and they look pretty bad ass). They grow on you....trust me, alot cooler on the inside than the out. Ill just say this.....108 factory hp lolololololololololololol its a toyota. i think thats flywheel too haahah. But thats what i have my coupe 240 for, my nice car that will be the fixer uper and stays in the garage until its needed lol.

plus this is my first BRAND new car. Its a 5 speed if that matters lol. I think there pretty cool/nice just for a daily town cruizer. And not to mention 32 mpg city and 34 mpg highway. Im excited but at the same time im not. I want a turbo on my ka so bad, but i think im taking the better option for myself in the long run doing it this way.

lol im affraid to say cuz i dont want to get flammed by you guys lol. But i still have a 240 so it shouldnt really matter. I just wanted to wait and post pics to show you guys. Because stock they are the ugliest things around...well not really. But some very minor minor minor touch ups make them look way better. So i was just going to debut it once i get some shit done to it lol. Its a 108 hp toyota powered car. Not under the toyota name though. Im sure you could find one.....there in super street from time to time lol. Its definantly an asian cruiser lol.

bingo....im going to drive a box lol. They're not that bad trust me. I test drove one the other day.....yea slow as hell but thats not what its for. Drive nice. Shifts nice. Good gas mileage. And lots of cheap mods for them. Im not a regular to the forums, but i do check them out just to get more info on them and find out the unreliable companies. You know just some basic shit....find out common problems and what not. They're surprisingly "sporty" on the interior. Lots of jdm(stock) aftermarket too lol. The japanese have it so much better......our version compared to theres is damn ugly. Or i could just get a blitz super charger kit or greddy turbo kit lolololol j/p that would be a waste of cash. Should be about 3 weeks before it comes in. Its jet black. Im prolly going to get some 5zigen COPSE rims for it. I found a fairly cheap wheel and tire package for it. Im just shooting to have a reliable and "neat" looking car. Few minor mods and then back to 240 plans.

yea i am for the most part. Like i said there are somethings that i just have to change. The rims is definant. I cant stand those ugly ass 15 inch hubcaps. Like i said the stuff i want is pretty cheap, So i could actually buy shit for it and still put some in the bank towards ka-t. Im not going to fully deck this thing out lol. I already have a system for it (been sitting in my room for years now lol). My current rims wont fit it, so i have to buy new ones. (not that expensive). Then im prolly going to paint some blue marbalized flames on the front. My uncle is a painter, so he came up with the idea. You can barely even see them on a jet black car too, should look pretty badass. Thats like 120 bux for paint. Beleive me im spending as little as possible to make it "neat" enough for me. Most expensive thing is obviously the rims. And like xevenskyline said, there's alot of dealer options that take care of some interior/exterior looks too. So i shouldnt be set back to much. I figure ill put 2 thousand down and then im sure sales tax will be like another grand maybe. So ill still have a couple grand lying around.

yes cars i agree on......this is a fucking minivan ice cream truck looking thing though!!!!! THis is the ride that i make for "cruising" around in. Its not going to be all kitted up with huge wings and loud ass muffler like most kids. Its going to be clean and subtle. I think you'll like the flames when i post pics. There almost ghost like. Iv done this once on another car...a celica that was black also and they look unreal. THe marbalizer is sick. At night you cant even see them unless you have a high powered light or something. Or park directly under a street lamp or something. THats whats cool about them, when they catch your eye your like WHOA. Plus they look all bumpy and shit like they stick out or something, but its smooth as a babies ass. THats the only thing the kid hated at nopi, everybody was "rubbing" his paint lol. i have pics but there not digital. There's only one good pic where you can actually "see" the flames. The sun hits it just right. It looks totally black then a random flame pops out at you.

o well enough talk, when the car gets shipped to me hopefully i get it done fast. SHould only take 2 days. Tear front end off, scuff (sand if needed), paint with the marbalize, then put the plastic wrap in the paint(thats how the marbalize effect is added), then clear, then wet sand the piss out of it. Just alot of sanding thats all.

The fact that my car is stock is caused by my lack of money, but unlike you, my first mod won't be "ghost flames", it'll be coilovers and sub frame spacers. I know that's just ultra rice, but hey, that's just me. btw, rice is doing something cosmetic to your car when you have nothing to back it up, good thing that's not a problem for you, the deep exhaust tone on your Scion that the 102hp are responsible for will scare away anyone before they even see the flames.

By the way Toyota are going to make a 2.0L scion Xa. And I would rather drive a civic than a scion, I just hate most toyotas. Can't handle, no stability at higher speeds, they just suck. And if you don't care about looks check out the honda element. It has a 2.4l engine, very roomie inside and has a cool floor that is easy to clean up. That car has a lot of functional little addons. If I needed a roomie car with function that is what I would go for. For now my civic is fine for daily driving. Fuel efficient, has a cool illusion of going fast as I can hear the engine well. So when I drive at high RPM it sound fast lol. (I never do that though).
Civics are pretty good daily cars to get from point A to point B, just like scions. They are not racing cars (some may get offended at this point).
