Center console (fascia) removal

Alright, well when I bought my 02 Sonata, I had one working remote and one key. I now have one working remote, two keys, and one new but umprogrammed remote. I also have the instructions on how to program the new remote. The problem is, I have to get behind the center "fascia" (behind stereo/HVAC) to do this programming. Does anybody know how to get there without ripping apart the dash of my car? I can't even find screws/connections/anything. :eek7:
