Hey all i have a 1993 isuzu rodeo with 4 12's in a custom box that all fire up(seperate chamberes) and an spl 1920 amp. Right now the box is sealed and i was wondering if i ported it what differences i would notice. would they be signifigant?

generally speaking, the difference between porting and sealed is ..... sealed usually plays lower freqs better and sounds smoother, porting is a little louder at the port freq but doesn't play the lower frequencies very well unless you port it VERY low and ported generally doesn't sound as good because a good bit of the sound comes from the port - and the port is out of phase with the speaker.
