Project 91 Integra

I just recently bought a 91 ls with 115,000 miles on it. So far i have only added a CAI but im about to do header, high flow cat and a cat back i was just wondering if there were any brands i should go to or stay away from b/c i found a pretty cheap flowmaster exhaust but a flowmaster on an import?? doesn't sound right to me. it was the cheapest by far and stated that it added 10-15 hp and around 25 torque should i go with it and if i do will it soundhttp://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/icons/icon5.gif

for I/H/E intake doesn't matter ebay one and get K&N filter
header: depening goals what you want and budget

exhaust: I never liked flowmaster but that style box muffler works well look into somthing like magnaflow.

all those claims don't buy into them i/h/e will net you like 2-15HP total unless your already built or in magic dnyo land where they test products, those #s are all upped to help sale things not real life gains.

i did purchase my CAI on ebay i got some cheap 50$ one and i just bought a JDM high flow cat but with something like exhaust nd header i don't want to just buy any old brand but flowmaster was only half the price of other exhausts does that means its gonna be half the quality

throw that "JDM" cat away right now
get somthing with carb on it so its still legal if you got an ebay high flow its a test pipe not legal and no gains possible losses even. Order a catco or random tech one hondas cat are great no real need to replace unless yours is fried.

Well for header what is your goals and how much do you want to spend cause if you want power don't mind a wait and got cash go with a header by Bisimoto or hytech An-R also topnotch.

exhaust flowmaster won't be bad id say midgrade price is fair with them alot of companys charge a ton for exhaust cause people are willing to pay but they all are about same depening again what you want and how much you got to spend has to be factored in.

the flowmaster was about 250 and as far as headers go i was gonna try to spend around 180-200 and i found 1 for 180 not sure what manufacturer but like i said i just bought my car i am not really into the whole name brand thing i don't see the point in paying 200$ extra just b/c the name greddy or apex'i is slapped on it

also beside i/h/e what should i consider for my next upgrade
