A/C Pressure

I have a 93 Ford F-150 with 5.8 Have had it for 13 years, ordered in new. Recently the a/c compressor started cycleing so I added a little R12 (It has never been converted) I puts out about 60 degress going down the road. What should be the high and low pressure idleing. with outside temperature of 90 degrees. Thank You

low side should be approx. 30- 40psi
high side should be approx. 210-220 psi
