power windows!

My cousin is having power window problems with his 96 Civic EX Sedan. The driver side window can roll up and down using the switch. However, the rest of the windows don't roll up or down from the driver's switch. The weird thing is that the two back windows don't work at all from the driver's switch or the rear switches. Has anyone ever had this problem before? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
BTW, we changed the main switch (driver's door) and relay already.

I've had problem like this in my jeep
its wiring worn down least it sounds it one time i rolled my window down wouldn't go up and rain was coming plastic bag windows are classy =(
If hes not good with wiring take to a deal they should be able to fix it fast my shop had me running later that day. *then again bad wiring and XJs is like mustard on a hotdog lol*
