the car drives fine? could be a loose connection somewhere. check the infamous 2 white wires. did you reset the ECU? check for an open or short in the orange and white wires from ECU pins B10 & B12 to the distributor. measure resistance between pins B10 & B12 at the ECU. It should be 350-550 ohms. if not, you have open in one of the wires somewhere. if the resistance measures okay, check continuity between body ground and B10 - if you have continuity, you have a short somewhere in the orange wire. if all this shit checks out alright, check the cam timing. does the engine idle nice and smooth? if the injector impulses are off, it could possibly cause the code i guess, but thats pretty unlikely. :smokin:

Crank angle has nothing to do with the Distributor... but My ZC was flashing that code for like 6 months after I changed the head gasket on the car... not sure why. the car rand fine, and never caused any problems... well t'il I blew up the transmission but that's a whole other story.

Cam angle sensor Typicaly is in Distributor (or on the exhaust cam on the DOHC ZC) ... I'm not sure where the Crank angle sensor is located... I kinda figured near the crank.
I could be wrong though....
