Question on what a part is called

I hit a rather large pot hole in a construction zone and it did some front end damage to my Alero. I would like to replace the cracked part however, I have no idea what the part is called. So I will describe it and hopefully someone out there will know what it is called. The part is black plastic (I would say it looks like a deflector, valence or skirting) that runs the length of the front end, it is located underneath the front bumper, and is visible when looking at the car from the front. When I cracked my the dealership called it a bumper skirt. Sounds feminine...

The skirt that comes down is an integral part of the lower radiator mounting panel. The lower radiator shock cushions are located on it and it supports the lower part of the radiator. It helps guide air up into the radiator shroud/baffle for cooling.

GM part # is 22602298.

I wouldn't go to the extreme and call it an air dam. More like an air deflector. Here's a pic of an Alero with a Razzi front air dam.
