Working at Dominos is working at hell

Oh god how I hate my job.

Well, I don't. But I hate my boss and one of my managers so much.

I pwned them in an argument about legal shit (the bitch changed my time sheet) so now I've lost all but 1 shift a week.

I got called into work about a week ago for last night, I verbally agreed to do the shift, so I rock up to my shift last night, and guess what? They changed it, and put someone else in and not tell me.

OK, Jess, she's been a manager for a few years, as far as I'm concerned she still doesn't know how to do it.

She's the biggest bitch I've ever met. She is literally sabotaging my employment there. She has lied directly to my face, and I cought her out lying to my boss to get me fired. Here's how:

When we answer a phone and take an order for a pick up we have to get their phone numbers, well I didn't know that, so I asked Lew (champion) if we had to or he just decided to, he said "yeah you have to" so I said "ok sweet", at that moment, Jess came running from the back of the store, yelling and screaming at me ordering me not to tell other people how to do their job? :sly: What the fuck?

So I tried to tell her I asked him a question, and she's full like "no I heard what you said!" (yeah obviously :rolleyes:) Then she accused me of "telling people who to do their job in every shift I've ever done". WHAT? Come on, that's a far cry, get fucked.

1. I've never told anyone how to do their job, EXCEPT when I'm training the guy! Stupid mole.
2. It's the other way around, people tell ME what do to.

Anyway, I got into this massive brawl with her and told her she's a fucking liar and needs hearing aids because she obviously can't tell the differance between english and german, and 3 weeks later my boss is having a go at me for the exact reason Jess did? WTF? So Jess has gone to my asshole boss, and LIED to him about some bull shit made up crap that I never did, that Jess managed to conjure up her self? I take this as a literal attempt to sabotage my employment. Mind you, I was minding my own ass business when all this shit started. So I try to tell my fuck stick boss the truth, he doesn't believe me, but who is my saviour? Lew, he's there at the time. I called him over and had him tell Max the cunt what happened.

What does max do? He starts "oh, you have to take numbers" blah blah blah, what? No "oh sorry for wrongfuly accusing you and insulting you, publicing humiliating you and verbally abusing you". Asshole.

Then this bitch Jess changes my time sheet by 20 minutes. I finished at 7:20 about 3 weeks ago on a Tuesday, she decided that I shouldn't be paid that 20 minutes extra work and changed my time sheet. Now, I don't know about other countrys or whatever, but the time sheet (in any employment) is a legal binding document and it's illegal to change. I tried to tell her this, and she feels she's above the law and she can do "what she wants" because she's been a "manager for 4 years" and blah blah blah. So I said "oh, and it's also illegal for you to force me to stay back". 15 minute later we're still fighting over this, and she bring that bit back up, but changed it, and was convinced I told her that I said it was "illegal to stay back", i.e it's illegal that i'm there after I'm suppose to.

When I said "wtf I didn't say that you just made it up!" she started yelling at me "yes you did I heard you!" So I screamed back at her "no I didn't, I said it's illegal to force me to stay back not that I stay back you incompetant lying fucking idiot" at which point I slammed the back door and did a massive burn out in the parking lot.

I tried to get my boss to call me because I want to have a massive complain about her to him, so he gets another manager (who's totally awesome) to msg me saying he wants to see me, and now! I'm like "fuck off I'm busy, tell him to ring me or I no show". Not a word.

After my massive in-store brawl with jess (she got OWNED) I lose ALL my shifts, I got cut from 4-5 to just one a week. And actually, I didn't work at all last week. Coincidence? This is fucked. I have to get punished for her bull shit.

He's scared shitless because I'm in the union. And he knows it.

Anyway guys I just needed to vent. I'm about to quit, right after I have a massive bitch to the union about them both, I'm looking for a new job today, I have a few places in mind, then when I know I've secured thejob, I'm handing in my uniform and demanding my $32 back and taking this as far as I can to get these two pwn3d :p

I have a resume to write.

I know someone in here will tell me how much of a cock I am and how I should of done this and that or how I should do this and that, and Oz will say "you're trusting the UNION to do anything?" so save it :smile:

Fucking with your time sheet!!!! That is seriously fucked up man. A few weeks ago at the resturant I work at(I'm a dishwasher) I was finishing up all the pots and pans and still had to clean the dish machine, wash all the counters/sinks, sweep, and mop the floor (a little over a hours worth of work) so the manager comes back (this bitch named courtney) and asks me if I want a beer and I'm like hell yeah(nothing better than a nice cold one after a 13 hour shift). So I finish up closing the kitchen down and I go to clock out, only the computer says I clocked out over a hour ago. I was like WTF is up with this!!!! So I go ask courtney and she's like well you were drinking so I figured you were done with your shift so i clocked you out. I'm like are you retarted or something you walked through the kitchen like 10 times between when you brought me my drink and when I was mopping the floor(last thing i do at the end of the night). So I go on arguing with her for like 10min and no dice so I'm like whatever I'm calling gary(the higher up manager) in the morning. This is when she starts to flip out saying she'll fix and not to call him. But I'm like fuck you you wanna mess with my money I'm gonna mess with yours. So I call gary the next morning and he flips ths fuck out screaming about how she could've gotten the restaurant sued and gotten him fired and all this crap and how he's gonna fire her. I told him not to and just to bust her back down to waitressing. So this bitch no longer is a manager just a waitress which means she doesn't make an hourly wage just tips so like 1/2 the money of a manager for about double the work(at least physicall work). I love it I'm at the bottom of the chain at my work and I'm in like fucking flin with the boss. Works for me. Peace-

I did good in my search today, better than I expected.

I went to a woolworths liqure store and the manager there didn't have any spots, but called two other places, one was interested and one are short staffed :grinyes:

I only had a chance to get to the one store cause I was helpin dad with his roof thing. I'm tryin again Monday if I don't hear back from the manager at the place I was today (she said she'll ring me once the guy from the other store calls her). I'm not expecting it, I'm not that dumb, so I'll just rock up.


Jess also has accused me of "not doing anywork".

Hey Davo....I feel for you as well. I had to put up with the same shit at the dominos i worked at. Except mine was the time sheet would get 'lost' so I wouldnt get paid for the any overtime etc.
Im glad im out of that hell hole.

I've gotten cheated out of my hours as well. At best buy I finished my training session (2 days worth). So I come in to work on the floor since I'm finally out of training. Well my training supervisor told me to fill out this sheet which said how many hours of training I did, and give it to the ops manager. So I filled out my hours, and she signs it. Then when I'm trying to give it to the ops manager, he tells me "oh don't worry about it, we already counted it in your paycheck, it's automatic." So I'm like "oh ok, that's fine then." After workin for 3 weeks I finally get my first paycheck, they didn't include my training hours. I talked to my co-workers and they all laughed, they said that Morales (the ops manager's name) did tricky shit like that and they have no record of your hours unless you turn in your sheet. Well I got pissed as shit, and I talked to whoever was in charge of paychecks, and said pretty much I was screwed. As far as morales himself, I couldn't go talk to him because he already got fired. Apparently he kept sexually harassing new female hires for Best Buy, he did it a couple times before and almost got fired. Well he did it one more time to this young girl. He fondled her leg or something and she got uncomfortable. Then she called corporate best buy to report it. One day like 10 top best buy corporate execs came to the store to tell him to get out because he's fired.

Well, after that I lost my training money :(

I made the mistake of not doing so when I was in a situation very similar to yours. I now have to explain why I got fired in every job interview I have had. They never believe what you say about why you fired. Sux hardcore.

Thanks for the advice, I plan on quiting this week, but I'm also trying my hardest to get another job. I'm working: Tuesday (filling in for a friend), Friday and Saturday. The two busyest shifts of the entire week, I get them. I'm also suppose to be going over to my girlfriends house for the weekend, I haven't seen her for 2 weeks, so hopefully if I can get my shit together they'll be finding someone to cover my shifts.
