over cammed?

my 1992 honda civic has a 1991 integra LS swap with a 1998 integra ls head. we put in crower cams/spring/retaniers stage 2 and now my car wotn run right it boggs and it puts and has no pull. If anyone knows why this is or what i can do to fix this please let me know thanks
