02 1500 SLT, MPG help

my boss/ friends dad has a 2002 1500 SLT and he was wondering what kind of bolt ons he could do to increase his MPG.

Try a drop in K&N air filter, flowmaster or magnaflow cat back exhaust, and a hypertech power programmer III. Next oil change use synthetic oil. All that got me almost a 3 to 4 mpg increase.

You can add parts all day long and still get bad MPG. It's how you drive that makes a difference, but like above a good intake along with a good exhaust might help, but you must do both, not one or the other.
