Driver Seat?

Hey i got a question for anyone that can help me.... I am sure its common but my driver side seat is getting to the point were its leather is pretty beat up on the top where u sit... I was wonder if anyone knew where i could get it re-leathered or where to buy a new one if anyone knew or knows anyone that is selling a seat in good shape, My interior is that tan almost white leather - Cream i guess you would call it...
Any help would be greatly appriciated thanks,.

does anyone know of or have the same problem? it really wrecks the car when u are showing people an u open ur doors an they are like nice - woah what happend to the seat man - was a animal living in here>? daaamn

Yes its a very common problem on these cars, I am lucky mine is in very good shape no tears or holes. I dont know where to buy aftermarket leather seats but 3sx sells aftermarket race type seats. I like the leather personally though.

Yeah, mine are pretty bad too but considering that it's 11 years old, I'd say it held up pretty well. I was thinking about replacing mine as well and was gonna go have the dealership (or whoever originally did it) redo it because it's lasted so long. Oh yeah, I don't know if it would help at this stage but I still condition it with Leather Conditioner too so it has a shiny look to it afterwards. The back bucket seats are in near perfect condition still.

ebay has a ton of seats for these cars

OK, it's a little pricy, but I found this site a few months ago, and they do have the pattern for our cars.....they have quite a bit of choices, and combinations to choose from, and if you apply (free) for it, they will send you a packet in the mail with 1"x1" squares of all the leather types and colors they have. Plus diff things you can do to em like logo's in the headrests and such. I've been serisouly considering this option, and at the very least have em send you the free packet, it's nice to look at.....

an the ebay check - cal & jacewade i been scopin ebay out an didnt see any - is it under seats cause i looked in a search for just stealths acually i dont think i have looked up 3000gts or vr4 - k lol

You should check out www.leatherseats.com. If you have access to the tools and have some time and patience its a good way to go. It helps to know someone with experience, but theres actually a walk-thru right on the site. GL man
