When im driving my truck lately, itll start dying on me, I just pump the gas and it gets back to normal, but its starting to do it more and more and Im afriad to drive it cuz i dont need to end up stranded somewhere. Any ideas on what the problem could be and how much it would cost to fix it. Thanks.

Try a tune up first, including a new fuel filter. there's a peetty good chance that it'll cure your problem

Friend of mine thinks it was water in the gas tank, I put some fuel system shit in it to clean it, and put a new air filter, its running better but still stalling and stuff, but he told me it would take awhile to start working. He also suggested getting new spark plugs, how hard is it to put spark plugs in, I think im competent enough to do so by myself. But Ill also get a new fuel filter to see how that works out. Thanks for the help and lemme know what else you guys think.

piece of cake to change the plugs.
Trust me, change the fuel filter, and run methol hydrate (gas line antifreeze) to help it run better. You might need 2 or 3 bottles if it's really bad
