Speaker wires in rear door?

Own a 02 Silverado 1500 z71 Ext Cab 4WD, looking to replace my speakers. There are no speakers in the rear doors currently, does anyone know if the wiring is there?

if it is a work truck model base everything probably not, but if it is a standard model it might.
