When you see a SS (any SS, not neccessarily a Silverado) how do you refer to it? "Ess Ess" or "Super Sport?"

When a new vehicle with an "SS" label can run in the 15's stock, then it can be a Super Sport. Until then its just another sales tactic.

Like it or not, it's still an "Ess Ess" or "Super Sport," however you want to put it. Need I remind everyone of Ford's Escort GT that brought shame to Ford enthusiasts everywhere? They hated it, but it was still a GT

Ess Ess baby! its actually on my class ring lol. right above the auto mechanics symbol that appears to actually be a small block ford of all things the more i look at it haha. ur right, as long as chevy says its an SS, its an SS. but at the same time, paintin somethin black and givin it one more exhaust tip dont make it a Super Sport. i think ive been on this rant once before on the thread about the 2wd SS. and 15s? gimme a real 396 nova or LS6 chevelle wit a good set of drag radials or slicks, and if the rear end holds together ill be laughin at ur 15s. im not arguin, i agree with u, they need to be faster. especially in a world where neons r cuttin 14s and u can buy a 300 hp mitsubishi. holla hahahaha
