Weird shifting in 95 explorer

my explorer has 130k, and the tranny was rebuilt at about 100K. but now theres a shifting problem, its been happenning a lil while. it will take nearly 5 seconds to click into gear, after you shift it, even at that it shifts hard. and driving through 2nd and 3rd its shift hard also. now ressetting the computer will fix it for a lil, but its a temp fix. the mechanic said something about code 247, but not sure what that means, any help please!!

Not sure about code 247 but is the correct tranny fluid in it?
