Bad re-start accord 90 2.2

To any one that can help us.

My brother has this accord 90, 2.2 engine with 5 speed manual.

The problem is the following, after a normal drive if he tries to re-star the car again with in 3 - 5 minutes after; the engine just will not start.

If he re-star in less than 2 - 3 minutes or after 5 minutes than it goes.

Have any one seen this happen before?

All the help that we can get will be greatlly appreciated.

hi. looks like we have something very similar going on with my auto, and my s(transmission) light flashes. im guessing pretty soon after all this your brother's car stopped starting? well let me know if you ever found the problem because after five years-we are still looking for mine.
