My Ignition is stuck in the on position on my 87 caravan my keys come out but ignition will not turn back to off position had to pull spark plug to turn off and disconnect battery any suggestions also does anyone have the wiring diagram for this so I might be able to put in a toggle switch if nothing else

[pull out ignition and clean out !!!!!
