Got A New Job

Finally got a new job yesterday. Dave Fairchild Quarter Horses hired me to pick stalls, feed, and do other stuff for him. He rents aout about 26 stalls for peoples horses and yeah, takes care of them and such. It's somethin I like because we use to have horses and I kind of miss them, and it reminds me of a younger childhood when shit was easier. Today, my second day, I had to drive down to Ames, Iowa and drop off horse semen at the college for them to do w/e they do, pretty cool because I got to see them close up on the tv screen :lol2: For one horse he gets paid 2500 U.S. dollars just for a little bit of it twice a week, it's nuts how much money he can make off these horses. Wicked NY might have an idea but he gets 900 dollars for each horse that stays there, plus he has some of his own, and then he gets paid to ride them, and he's one of the best horse trainers around here.

Just though I'd share with ya'll about this, kinda excited because all in all it's something I really don't mind doing, scooping horse shit and that, haha.

Short, I got new job, cleaning horse stalls and feedin them for well known horse trainer.

Haha nope, I don't touch it I just transport it. 105 bucks to take it 3 hours away and drop it off so it's not too bad.

With football starting soon I'm not sure how it's gonna work, because they usually go in at 7 in the morning till whenever, then 3 in the afternoon till they're done, so far I've only worked nights.

I was thinking about getting a job...a real job maybe...It would be like, my first I guess...Unless you count lifegaurding on a beach for a week 2 years ago or "answering phones" at my dad's office for a week or so... any suggestions?

just out of curiosity how much do you transport at a time. Just wondering because an accident involving a truck transporting oh I dunno say 100 gallons of horse semen could be pretty nasty. :uhoh:
