2001 Bravada with Onstar

Hello Gang:

My wife after totaling her Blazer, went out and brough a 2001 Olds Bravada in Bright Red Metalic, just like my Aurora. Her reason was that my Aurora need a companion.

OK

Any of you had problems with Onstar. I tried using it and it will not get a dial tone. Best I can figure either a problem with the atennia leads, it was lose and not fitting snug. Other was there the dealer or Onstart needs to turn on.

Any help would be appreciated. I am a regular on the other board that covers Aurora's which I have and love.

You have to subscibe to onstar, register the serial of the onstar unit and have the dealer activate it.
