lol, well here u can be as low as u want as long as, tires dont rub on anything, nothing under ur car rubs, and something like, the fender cant cover the lowest part of your rim or something stupid like that

i know in california it used to be that the lowest you can go is 22 inches from the center of your headlights to the ground.

Id fight it on the simple grounds, they outright admitted they were targetting 'tuners' thats against the law... Just like u cant pull over a car just because its got a black guy driving it... exactly the reason why i'm fighting it.
that and the cop just handed me an unnecessary noise ticket... didnt say anything about it, just handed it to me.. they only heard my car idle, and didnt have a decible reader... so yea thats getting fought big time

now heres a funny part.. my buddys dads job is to investigate "crooked" cops like that. any cop thats caught doing something wrong, he gets to investigate, i told him about this, showed him the tickets and hes like. hmm, well... that cops life has just turned to hell :) so yea, that cop might be getting suspended, or fired all together for his actions on what they were doing. i cant get any other ones in trouble tho because i dont have there names

Before you even start blaming one person for his car in CANADA no less which has more forested land then the US. Go visit Mexico City and blame the whole freaking country for letting their garbage filled pollution infested city remain the way it is.

How about you go to LA and try not getting AIR POISONING! The air quality can get bad enough that the local news does an air quality map just after they say its sunny and great outside. I don't know about you but the bay area just 400 something miles north doesnt have that issue.

Next, How about you get off your ass and start lobbying the rest of the damn country that has NO emission control laws. How about you piss off every other ricer and tuner in the country just so you can say you breath clean air when you already do. Most states only have emision laws in areas of mass density. The greater Phoenix area has only to pass a smog check and visual inspection, anywhere else in Arizona, but Tucson the only other major city, has NO emission laws.

I hope you understand that by saying shit like that will only prove you have nothing real to say. You are just one of those people that will point a finger and pass the blame rather then do anything about it.



BTW, congrats on making it to the news. I am sure that you will end up getting out of the ticket when you present your case because you seem to be ontop of fixing the problem and know enough about the law that it does not make sense. Perhaps this might steam roll some clearer laws being put into effect.
