Hello,
I have not observed the passenger side cooling fan at the radiator working in this '95 GP. It has been hot here and the AC on this sister-in-law GP has been on. Based upon the heat emissions of the engine alone, I think something is wrong and this fan should be running. I have no technical knowledge to support that remark. I tested the fan directly and its works. So... it must be in the fan wiring ---a relay or a sensor??? Can anyone direct me to the right places on these or know how I can test it to see if in fact it is a normal condition as is. The car has over 125,000 miles and I am not used to working in this vehicle--so where do I find the possible bad parts--thanks for any help. I have not owned a vehicle yet that has an electric cooling fan.

I was wondering the same thing about 95 gp. I have never seen my passenger side fan kick on. I question my mechanic about it he told me its not supposed to kick on until the car goes over passed the the 3rd
line on the temperature gauge right before it gets to the red mark. I thought is sounded reasonable, but you say your other cars' fan kicks on? I'll have to ask my mechanic again.
